WHAT’S LIFE

Vanessa, a first-generation American Guyanese, an expecting mother of fraternal twins, who only has her best friend Lisa by her side. That is, until Lisa delivers unhappy news. Now with no money, no job, and no parental guidance, Vanessa plans to survive the best way she knows how. This is the story of a less fortunate, yet very inquisitive, adolescent on her quest to define life.
