Luis Alejandro Yero is a Cuban filmmaker who raduated in Documentary from the International School of Film and Television (EICTV) of San Antonio de los Baños. His short films have been awarded internationally at a dozen film festivals such as Mar del Plata, FICUNAM and Havana, as well as being presented by more than 35 countries in the programming of IDFA, Sheffield, Jihlava, Jeonju, Thessaloniki, Olhar de Cinema, Documenta Madrid, the Lincoln Center of New York and at the Cervantes Institute of several cities such as Tokyo, Vienna, Rio de Janeiro, Bremen, Sofia and Bucharest.
