The film explores livelihoods in the Caribbean which are under threat due to climate change and reality in the Caribbean of "living one storm away." Businesses, households and individuals are literally one high energy event away from watching their lives change before their eyes, as a result of natural hazards and their associated impacts.

In the realm of film, Clish is a multiple award Caribbean Tales, NIFCA & Barbados film and video association winning filmmaker. Nominated for the actor of the year award during the 2014 Barbados Visual Media Festival and awarded the Ministry of the Environment award at the 2015 Nation independence festival for Creative Arts. In 2017 the Clish Gittens directed film H20 was honored with the award of best short Film in the 2017 Barbados Independent Film Festival having earlier won a silver medal at the 2015 Handle Climate Change film festival in China. The creative Arts has enabled this creative mind to represent Barbados and also export documentaries and gain nominations across Europe, Asia, North America, and the Caribbean region gaining international recognition.
